Healthy Aging Fair at the Santa Monica Family YMCA

Join us for this year’s Healthy Aging Fair on Monday, November 17th!

The gym will be packed with partners, activities, and Y staff all focused on helping older adults achieve their highest quality of life.

YMCA-certified trainers will lead attendees through free Functional Fitness Assessments measuring upper and lower body strength, flexibility, aerobic endurance, and balance as well as offering free Kinotek assessments.

In just a few minutes, participants will receive personalized feedback on their body mechanics, plus individualized tips to enhance their wellness.

All services provided during the Healthy Aging Fair are FREE! From parking to refreshments, functional fitness assessments to glucose readings, we hope you make the most of this event.
