Wellness on the Westside

Experience a day dedicated to health, movement, recovery and self-care at Wellness on the Westside, presented by AI Wellness and Santa Monica Place, on Sunday, August 23, from 10 a.m.–3 p.m. at Santa Monica Place’s Center Plaza.

This outdoor, festival-style wellness experience brings together 20+ of the Westside’s leading health, fitness, beauty and wellness brands for five hours of complimentary experiences, treatments, tastings and activities. Guests can participate in seven fitness and movement classes, including yoga, Pilates, cardio hip hop, breathwork, sound baths and full-body workouts, while exploring a curated wellness marketplace.

Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy sports massages, compression therapy, PBM light therapy, PEMF modalities, exosome scalp treatments, Gua Sha massage, posture and nervous system screenings, wellness consultations, grip testing and body composition education, holistic skincare, professional beauty portraits, and more. Guests can also sample healthy food and beverages and enjoy complimentary matcha, coffee and hydrogen water.

The first 300 guests to complete the Wellness Passport will receive an exclusive gift bag valued at more than $250, while supplies last, and be entered to win the Grand Prize Westside Wellness Package.

Early Bird tickets are $40 and include access to wellness experiences and fitness classes. Class reservations are required and can be made during checkout.
