About Us

Hello! I am Dr. Nik Lewis, the founder of People Inspired Consulting Services, LLC. Based on years of managerial experience, and my work as a professor at USC's Marshall School of Business, I have learned that truly great leaders bring out the best in those around them. I started my consulting practice after earning my Doctorate in Business Administration, during which I was deeply moved by my practitioner-oriented studies focused on emotionally intelligent leadership and its impact upon employee motivation in the workplace.
I've dedicated my business to helping leaders and teams cultivate emotional intelligence, strengthen collaboration, and build workplaces that thrive.
