SUMMARY:Candidate Forum on Early Childhood Education: AD-54 & LAUSD BD5
DESCRIPTION:This year\, UNITE-LA and the LA Partnership for Early Childhood Investment are excited to \n\ncollaborate with Pathways LA to host a forum featuring candidates from two key races in L.A. \n\nCounty: Assembly District 54 and the Los Angeles Unified School District Board of Education Seat 5. \n\nThese two governing bodies play a crucial role\n\nin shaping policies and budgets that impact hundreds of thousands of families with young children.\n\n\n\nBe a part of this important discussion as candidates from both races share their visions for \n\nsupporting L.A. County's most vulnerable children\, from birth to age 5\, and their families.\n\n\n\nWe look forward to you joining us to hear from the leaders who can help shape the future of early \n\nchildhood education in\n\nL.A. County.\n\n\n\nSince 2020\, UNITE-LA has partnered with the LA Partnership for Early Childhood Investment on the \n\n"Choose Children Los Angeles" initiative. This effort aims to elevate awareness of early care and \n\neducation issues\, offering local and statewide candidates a platform to share their vision for \n\nCalifornia's youngest residents.\n\nAs part of this initiative\, we are proud to sponsor a non-partisan candidate forum where candidates \n\ncan present their plans for supporting early childhood education.
