In the fall\, the committee produces the New Heroes Celebration which welcomes the new educators\, firefighters and police officers to our community at a recognition ceremony and networking reception.\n\nEach spring\, the Committee partners with the City of Santa Monica and Santa Monica High School to produce Career Day\, connecting students with our business leaders and employment experience.
