DESCRIPTION:The Government Affairs Committee is returning with a brand new format. The GAC will discuss federal\, state\, and local legislation and prepare any recommended actions for review by the board of directors.\n\n\n\nThe agenda for this month's meeting can be found here.\n\n\n\n1. Welcome\n\n    a. The Chamber's government affairs committee consists of seven Chamber members appointed and empowered by the board of directors to review and analyze all legislation\, ordinances\,     and regulations that may affect our members. Meetings are open to all members to attend and participate\, but motions may only be made and voted upon by the seven committee members.     Any motions approved by the committee will move to the Chamber's executive committee and board of directors for final ratification.\n\n \n\n2.
