The Journey:

- Opening Ceremony & Circle (30 mins):*

Begin by gathering in a circle, setting intentions for the session, and connecting as a group.

- Guided Session (1 hour):

Led by Chelle & Freya, this unique experience combines grounding breathwork, mindful movement, and hands-on clay work to help release emotions and create an imprint. The session focuses on:

- Grounding exercises through breathwork

- Movement to connect with the body

- Blindfolded clay work, heightening the senses, allowing emotions to flow into the clay, and encouraging a playful and joyful environment

- Closing Ceremony with Tea (30 mins):*

The session concludes with an open conversation, offering participants a chance to share their experiences while enjoying a warm cup of tea.

This workshop builds on the "Clay Dance" event previously hosted in London, but with a fresh approach as Chelle and Freya unite their practices intuitively, creating a unique flow between breath, movement, and clay.
