EmpowerHER: A Creative Movement Retreat at Santa Monica

The Journey:

- Opening Ceremony & Circle (30 mins):

Start the retreat by gathering in a circle to meet, set intentions, and create a supportive space for transformation.

- Workshop 1 – Led by Chelle (1 hour):

This workshop is designed to help you move through the emotional blocks that have kept you bound to fear and scarcity. Chelle will guide participants through exercises and practices that support the release of what no longer serves, empowering you to step into your true potential.

- Nourishing Lunch (1 hour):

Take a break to enjoy a nourishing, wholesome meal, designed to fuel your body and mind for the rest of the day.

- Workshop 2 – Led by Freya (1 hour):

Freya will lead the second workshop, where you’ll hand-make something that ties into the retreat’s theme of releasing fear and scarcity while embracing change. This creative process will deepen your connection to the work and allow you to take home a meaningful reminder of your journey.

- Closing Circle (30 mins):

Conclude the retreat by coming together again for a closing circle, reflecting on the day’s experiences and sharing insights. Leave not as a woman who hopes for change, but as the woman who creates it.

Cost: $150 pp, includes movement and breathwork class with Chelle of FPW, ceramics workshop with celebrity potter Freya Bramble Carter, lunch and refreshments, journaling notebook and sponsor's gift bag.
