Each awards season, Santa Monica is proud to present the Santa Monica Film Festival #SMFF - Santa Monica’s celebration of film from emerging filmmakers to modern masters. The 2017 #SMFF is scheduled for December 9th, featuring local, national, international and Santa Monica based filmmakers with new, innovative and compelling features, shorts and documentary film screenings and premieres followed by engaging filmmaker Q&A's. The #SMFF will also offer film fans seminars, sponsor expo lounge, awards presentation and awards reception. All screenings are free to the public with advanced RSVP at SMFF.org prior to December 1.
