The Art of Wellness - Global Wellness Day

The Art of Wellness is a wellness experience in partnership with TractFit at Regent Santa Monica Beach that blends movement, restoration, and mindful indulgence.

The Art of Wellness is rooted in purpose with a portion of proceeds to benefit REACH LA, local organization that provides health and wellness services to LGBTQ+ youth LGBTQ+, supporting inclusive community initiatives and reinforcing the belief that wellness is most powerful when it is shared and accessible to all.

The Morning Includes:

• Mat Pilates Yoga Fusion: a dynamic, low-impact, feel-good workout that seamlessly blends the best of yoga and Pilates.
• Mindful & Meditative Soundbath
