The Georgian Hotel 80th Anniversary

The Georgian Hotel, an iconic beacon of Art Deco beauty perched above the Pacific Ocean since 1933, is commemorating its 80^th anniversary in conjunction with the Santa Monica Conservancy on Wednesday, October 16.  Celebrating with a nostalgic 1930s-style cocktail hour and ending down below the hotel in the secret speakeasy that was graced by some of Hollywood's most notorious celebrities at the time such as Clark Gable and Carol Lombard, The Georgian will transport guests back in time to the pageantry of the hotel's beginnings.  All tickets sales will go to the benefit of the Santa Monica Conservancy which works to protect Santa Monica's unique architectural and cultural heritage.
