Orchestra Santa Monica, under the direction of Allen Robert Gross, will present a program on April 2, 2017 entitled “Unique Communities,” featuring music by Aaron Copland and Silvestre Revueltas. This program will be an in-depth exploration of two compositions, Copland’s popular Appalachian Spring from 1944 and Revueltas’ Redes from 1935.
