Young Professionals Beach Yoga with Brad

Join us for an hour-long, sunset yoga class taught by Beach Yoga with Brad!  We will begin flowing on the sand. The class is for all levels of yoga and no experience is necessary. We will also flow a little bit in the ocean if you want (just hands/feet get wet)!  We end with some restorative stretching, the sunset and time for drinks, food and mixing with other Young Professionals!
Wear: Yoga Clothes or Bathing Suits.  Bring layers to stay warm after sunset!
 
Bring: A large beach towel.  Something to eat or drink that you can share for after class!
