About Us

Our Mission at ConNEXTions is to support underprivileged and underrepresented young men and women who have the potential to translate their athletic ability into success in every facet of life. Founders Mike Ross and Ramel “Rock” Lloyd established ConNEXTions in 2022 with a clear and focused objective of successfully guiding student-athletes in attaining college scholarships while preparing them for their future. ConNEXTions prioritizes individualized mentorship utilizing a holistic approach for each student. ConNEXTions also provides mental health and wellness resources, as well as necessary life tools for financial literacy and academic development.

We are currently seeking meaningful community partnerships with organizations and companies that align with our mission and programming. We would love the opportunity to tell you more about our recent success with LA's youth and explore the possibility of a mutually beneficial partnership.

Who We Serve
ConNEXTions serves youth ages 14-22 who have demonstrated exceptional student-athletic ability. These gifted athletes typically reside in single-parent households and attend school in what would be considered an economically disadvantaged district. Despite having tremendous talent, it is not enough to overcome the significant barriers in accessing the developmental resources often provided to their more affluent peers.
