Dr. Josana Joseph, known professionally as Josana REALTOR®, brings nearly two decades of healthcare experience into her work in real estate. After graduating from St. John’s University in 2006, she became a licensed Physician Assistant and later earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree. She has served patients in New York and Connecticut across nursing homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities, and now continues her work in California, where she also provides care in homes and board-and-care settings. She pursued graduate studies at Drexel University, recognized in Jeff Selingo’s Dream School for outstanding student outcomes, and holds the Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) credential in California.

This broad medical background makes her one of the most relevant and well-prepared Seniors Real Estate Specialists®, uniquely positioned to guide older adults and families through major life transitions such as downsizing, relocation, and estate planning. Known for her compassion, clarity, and professionalism, she helps clients navigate each step with confidence and ease.
