An introduction to Bourbon and the 228 years of history of its "first family"!

Tasting through five expressions of the James B. Beam Distilling Co. portfolio, we will learn about the craftsmanship involved in Bourbon production and what makes each expression unique while tying in the distillery history and the eight generations of master distillers involved.

The conversation will be led by Edwin Cruz, American Whiskey Ambassador for the distillery. With a background in science and the restaurant industry,  he brings a unique perspective that gets to the roots of flavors and how we perceive them.
